Return to shopAt Driftloom, every product is specially made after your order is placed. Because we follow a Print-on-Demand model, products are printed and prepared individually for each customer.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Incorrect size sent by us
- Printing defect or manufacturing issue
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by customer
- Minor color variation due to screen differences
- Used or washed products
- Requests made after the return window
Please refer to the size chart before placing your order.
Return Request Timeline
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any return or exchange request.
Please include:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Packaging images if applicable
Refund Process
If your request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–7 business days
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be provided through bank transfer or store credit.
Exchange Policy
Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or alternative option may be offered.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
Once the product enters printing or shipping stage, cancellation may not be possible.
